Declared Capacity

 

General
Before the coordinator can start the slot allocation process, the coordinated airport has to provide the so-called 'declared capacity' for the next winter or summer season, determining the coordination parameters for that airport. On the basis of these parameters the declared capacity indicates the number of slots that the coordinator can allocate during the next season.

Restriction on departures in the week-end nights
No airport slot may be allocated by the coordinator for departing flights in following periods:
Saturday morning from 01h00 until 05h59 local times for take-off (runway times)
Sunday morning from 00h00 until 05h59 local times for take-off (runway times)
Monday morning from 00h00 until 05h59 local times for take-off (runway times)
