Airport Slot ID for GA/BA flights using tail registration as call sign.
SUBJECT: Obligation for general aviation using aircraft registration as call sign to specify in its flight plan the authorisation number given by the airport coordinator
INTRODUCTION
Brussels airport (BRU/EBBR) is coordinated under the terms of the European community regulation 95/93 dated 18 January 1993 amended by the regulation 793/2004 dated 21 April 2004.
Any landing and take-off from EBBR airport shall be subject to the previous allocation of an airport time slot by the appointed coordinator.
INSTRUCTION
Remark: The following instruction does not apply to flights using a flight number as call sign to perform a flight.
From 01 DEC 2010, any flight outbound from or inbound for EBBR falling under this regulation shall fill in the box 18 of the flight plan.
The filing format is as follows:
RMK/ASL<authorization number>
The authorization number is that given by the coordinator when allocating the airport time slot. It is composed of 14 alphanumeric characters, the first 4 of which are the ICAO code of the airport for which the airport time slot has been delivered.
Example: RMK/ASLEBBR1234567890
If the flight is between two coordinated airports applying a similar regulation (ex. France or Germany), the authorization numbers delivered by the coordinator for each airport shall be filled in, in the box 18 as per the format below:

APPLICATION
From 01 DEC 2010, the general or business flight plans falling under this regulation filed without any authorization number or without any corresponding airport time slot will not be taken in consideration for the departure sequence. For that purpose, a message will be sent by e-mail by The Brussels Airport Company on account of Brussels Slot Co-ordination to the flight plan originator or his dedicated representative.
